Firebird Chicken Sandwiches is bringing food fusion to a whole new level and they’re even getting a little exotic, Man Cave style with a new, crispy alligator sandwich that I personally can’t wait to try! I love my food trucks, especially ones that have chicken! 719 Food Truck Fest had a new truck tonight called Firebird Chicken Sandwiches! I got the Dragon Bowl (chicken, kimchi and sticky rice). Chicken was delicious, kimchi was authentic and the rice was perfect! We will be back!

One of the Best chicken sandwiches I ever had. We had the Phoenix and it was a perfect combination spicy and savory. I never would’ve thought to put kimchi on a chicken sandwich but it was perfect fit. Wonderful service and amazing food…highly recommend.
